Requirements
• Experience in Atlassian, ITSM, DevEx, SDLC modernization, enterprise service management, cloud, data/reporting, or digital workplace transformation. • Experience building business cases, adoption strategies, value measurement plans, or multi-year transformation roadmaps. • Experience working in a services organization where delivery, sales, and advisory teams collaborate closely. • ## How this role works with others • Account Executives own pricing, commercials, SOW finalization, and closing. The Engagement Director partners with them on the solution storyline, value hypothesis, account strategy, and executive pitch. • Delivery leadership owns staffing and day-to-day execution quality. The Engagement Director governs outcomes, senior alignment, and strategic risk. • Project Managers own the engagement plan, cadence, timeline, budget, RAID log, and day-to-day client communication. The Engagement Director participates at key points where executive alignment, strategic decisions, escalations, or value realization are required.
