Requirements
• Demonstrated experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitioner audiences — with examples of measurable outcomes (ramp time reduction, program adoption, behavior change). • Direct domain experience in law enforcement, intelligence, financial crime, compliance, or adjacent mission-driven environments — sufficient to earn trust with GI practitioners from day one. • Proven ability to design and deploy commercial skills programs for non-sales practitioners, including signal identification frameworks and opportunity handoff workflows. • AI-native working style — actively integrates AI tools into content development, program analytics, and program iteration; does not wait to be told to use AI. • Track record of operating independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments without hand-holding or predefined playbooks. • Strong content development instincts — produces training materials that are immediately usable in the field, not generic L&D artifacts. • Cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working with CS, Sales, PMM, Product, and senior leadership to gather input, align priorities, and drive program design. • Team Operating Rhythms: • Distributed, not distant. Team spans EST and PST with a minimum 4-hour daily overlap window. • Primary communication channels: Slack (async text and voice notes) and Notion (project tracking and documentation). • Live syncs are intentional and scoped — not standing status calls. • Cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, PMM, and GI leadership is ongoing and async-first.
Responsibilities
• Build and launch a structured GI onboarding program within 90 days that reduces time-to-independent-deployment for every new Global Investigator — using AI to accelerate content production, personalize learning paths, and instrument ramp outcomes. • Create a commercial capability playbook for GIs — including signal identification frameworks, customer expansion language, and opportunity handoff workflows — that directly contributes to TRM's NRR target by converting investigator proximity into expansion pipeline. • Produce GI-specific training materials at product launch cadence so investigators are ready to demonstrate new TRM capabilities to customers from day one, using AI-assisted rapid content development. • Build a program measurement system using AI-assisted analytics that tracks ramp time, content adoption, and commercial contribution — giving Investigations and Sales leadership clear signal on field readiness. • Partner with CS and Sales to design the GI-to-AE opportunity handoff framework, reducing expansion signal drop-off and improving pipeline quality. • Serve as the connective tissue between GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales — ensuring every program is grounded in real field needs and aligned to TRM's go-to-market strategy.
