Hook - Front End Engineer
Requirements
• A strong front-end engineer with deep experience in TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies. • Someone who cares about creating performant, and accessible interfaces. • You enjoy collaborating across teams, from design and product to data and engineering. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking initiative and ownership. • You have an eye for detail, but also know when to ship and iterate. • You’re curious about AI and data-driven products, and excited to build tools that help businesses grow.
Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality, maintainable front-end features using TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React. • Collaborate with product designers to bring polished, user-centric interfaces to life. • Translate complex data and insights into clean, intuitive visualisations and dashboards. • Optimise components for speed, scalability, and accessibility across browsers and devices. • Help define and evolve our front-end architecture and development standards. • Work closely with back-end engineers to design APIs and integrate new features. • Contribute ideas that influence how Hook’s product looks, feels, and performs.
