Requirements

• Strong preference for experience in digital banking environments, payments, cards, or user wallets. • Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision-making. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, balancing input from engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and launch of new real estate products within Sharjah market to meet customer needs effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, legal, finance, HR, facilities management, etc., for seamless product delivery across all touchpoints in a way that enhances the overall experience of our customers and partners alike. • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote new products effectively within Sharjah real estate sector while ensuring alignment with company's brand image and objectives, including but not limited to digital campaigns across various platforms such as social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), email newsletters, print advertisements in local newspapers. • Conduct competitive analysis of the Sharjah real estate market regularly by monitoring key performance indicators like pricing trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement or innovation that can give us a competitive edge over our rivals while ensuring alignment with company's brand image. • Engage in continuous dialogue with customers, partners, stakeholders through various channels such as phone calls, emails, meetings and social media to understand their needs better, gather feedback on existing products or services for future enhancements/innovations while ensuring alignment of these improvements with company's brand image. • Monitor industry trends in Sharjah real estate sector regularly through various channels such as trade publications, newsletters and social media to identify potential opportunities for product improvement or innovation that can give us a competitive edge over our rivals while ensuring alignment of these improvements with company's brand image. • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies including but not limited to digital campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and email newsletters in addition to print advertisements in local newspapers for promoting new products effectively within Sharjah real estate sector while ensuring alignment with company's brand image. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, legal, finance, HR and facilities management among others to ensure seamless product delivery across all touchpoints in a way that enhances the overall experience of our customers and partners alike while ensuring alignment with company's brand image. • Oversee development and launch new real estate products within Sharjah market effectively by understanding customer needs, monitoring industry trends regularly to identify opportunities for product improvement or innovation which can give us a competitive edge over our rivals in the sector while ensuring alignment with company's brand image. • Conduct regular meetings and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, legal, finance, HR, facilities management among others to ensure seamless
