Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and launch of new products within a specific category to meet market demands. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, customer service, and support departments throughout product life cycles from conception through delivery into production environments for successful implementation in business operations. • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends; identify new opportunities to expand the company's market share within a specific category of products or services by developing strategies that align with corporate goals, customer needs, and available resources. • Develop comprehensive product roadmaps based on data analysis from internal sources (e.g., sales reports) as well as external industry research; prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives while considering the impact of market trends and competitive landscape changes over time. • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on product goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; provide regular updates on progress towards milestones to senior management for informed decision making regarding strategic direction of the company's products portfolio. • Monitor customer feedback from various channels (e.g., surveys, social media) related to existing or potential new product offerings in order to identify areas requiring improvement and opportunities for innovation; communicate findings with relevant teams promptly so that necessary changes can be implemented quickly without disrupting business operations unnecessarily while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Participate actively during quarterly strategic planning sessions held by senior management where product priorities are established based on market analysis results along with input from other departments; contribute ideas for new products or services that could potentially be added to the company's portfolio while considering potential risks associated with such additions as well as possible benefits they may bring. • Attend regular meetings held by cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, customer service and support departments; provide input on product development plans based upon feedback received from customers or other stakeholders regarding current offerings while also offering suggestions for improvements that could enhance user experience across all touchpoints with the company's products. • Review quarterly reports detailing performance metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction scores and market share growth; analyze data to identify trends over time which may indicate areas where additional resources should be allocated or adjustments made in order improve overall product success within target markets while also identifying potential opportunities for expansion into new geographic regions if appropriate. • Develop relationships with key industry partners such as suppliers, distributors and resellers; maintain regular communication regarding changes to company policies affecting these third parties so that they remain informed about any updates which may impact their business operations directly or indirectly related back towards our own organization's success within target markets globally
