Requirements
• Lead Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis and mapping of current-state ('As-Is') business processes and design optimised future-state ('To-Be') processes, leveraging standard Salesforce functionality. • Lead Business Process Analysis: • Elicitation and Documentation: Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with client stakeholders across various levels to elicit, prioritise, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Elicitation and Documentation: • User Story Creation: Own the creation of high-quality, actionable documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications, ensuring they are understood by both business and technical audiences. • User Story Creation: • Prototyping and Mock-ups: Develop mock-ups and prototypes (using tools like Lucidchart, Figma, or Salesforce's internal tools) to validate design concepts and facilitate early user feedback. • Prototyping and Mock-ups: • Solution Design & Implementation Support • Functional Solutioning: Work closely with the Senior Consultant and Solution Architect to recommend declarative Salesforce solutions (e.g., Flows, Validation Rules, Standard Objects) that meet the documented requirements, focusing on configuration over customisation. • Functional Solutioning: • Backlog Management: Assist the Project Manager and Lead Consultant in grooming and prioritising the project backlog, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business priorities. • Backlog Management: • Quality Assurance & Testing: Define test scenarios and use cases. Actively support and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered solution meets the acceptance criteria of the user stories. • Quality Assurance & Testing: • Stakeholder & Change Management • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on requirement status, clarification on business needs, and managing expectation alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Communication: • Training and Documentation: Contribute to the development of training materials, job aids, and detailed functional documentation to support end-user training and post-go-live support. • Training and Documentation: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically working with the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or others). • Proven ability to use standard Business Analysis techniques, including MoSCoW prioritisation, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and requirements traceability. • Expertise in visualising business processes using standard notation (e.g., BPMN) to drive clarity and identify optimisation opportunities. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working within sprint cycles and managing product backlogs. • Strong proficiency in declarative configuration of Salesforce (e.g., building Flows, modifying page layouts, managing security settings, custom fields and objects). • Familiarity with the core Salesforce data model for at least one major cloud (e.g., Sales or Service). • Experience with various testing phases (SIT, UAT) and tools used for requirements management and defect tracking (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • Highly structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation. • Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
