Requirements

• Must Have: • Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations. • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise. • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring in HubSpot. • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware). • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA processes for HubSpot implementations. • Strong documentation and handoff discipline required by the role holder. • Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential as this is a client-facing delivery or consulting position. • Client-facing delivery or consulting experience to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and clients. • Nice To Have: • HubSpot certifications can be beneficial but not mandatory for the role. • RevOps (Revenue Operations) or GTM (Growth Marketing) operations background is preferred, though it's not a strict requirement. • Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions can be advantageous but are not required for this role. • Familiarity with automation/integration tools such as Make and Zapier could enhance the candidate’s ability to integrate HubSpot effectively; however, it's considered a nice-to-have skill rather than essential. • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards is beneficial for providing operational visibility but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects for HubSpot. • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring within the HubSpot environment. • Implement integrations with the client’s existing stack to ensure seamless operation between systems. • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA processes as part of preparing a production-ready state for HubSpot deployment. • Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide both executive and operator visibility into system performance and metrics. • Document the entire system architecture comprehensively to ensure clarity in implementation decisions made during this project phase. • Deliver clean handoff of fully configured, production-ready HubSpot environment for client use post-implementation.
