Requirements
• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware) • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA • Strong documentation and handoff discipline • Excellent written and spoken English • Client-facing delivery or consulting experience • HubSpot certifications • RevOps or GTM operations background • Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions • Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
Responsibilities
• Own platform architecture for HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. • Design data model including lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects. • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, scoring within the HubSpot environment. • Implement integrations with client's existing systems to ensure seamless operation between platforms. • Support for data migration from legacy systems into the new HubSpot instance while ensuring cleanup and quality assurance (QA). • Build dashboards and reporting tools tailored for both operational insights and executive overview of business processes managed by HubSpot. • Document system architecture, implementation decisions made during setup to facilitate future reference or handover. • Deliver a production-ready environment with all configurations finalized and validated through QA procedures before the end of contract period.
