Requirements

• Must Have: • Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations. • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise. • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring in HubSpot. • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware). • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA for HubSpot implementations. • Strong documentation and handoff discipline when delivering projects. • Excellent written and spoken English skills. • Client-facing delivery or consulting experience in a similar role/industry context. • Nice to Have: • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Operations Manager, CRM Architect). • RevOps or GTM operations background for additional expertise and understanding of the industry landscape. • Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions to understand different customer interactions within HubSpot's ecosystem. • Familiarity with automation/integration tools such as Make, Zapier which can be used for enhancing workflow efficiency in HubSpot implementations. • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide insights into business performance through data visualization within the context of a HubSpot implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects for HubSpot architecture. • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring within the CRM system. • Implement integrations with client’s existing stack to ensure seamless operation between systems. • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA processes as part of environment setup. • Build dashboards and reporting tools for operational visibility at executive level. • Document HubSpot architecture decisions thoroughly in the final deliverables. • Deliver a production-ready HubSpot deployment with all configurations completed by handoff to client or internal team.
