Responsibilities

• Drive key workstreams within large-scale implementation projectsPartner with hospital leaders and cross-functional teams to execute program launchesBuild project plans, track progress, and keep teams alignedFacilitate meetings and push decisions forwardEvaluate workflows and help design more efficient processesSupport system implementations and coordinate across IT, operations, and clinical teams
