Responsibilities

• This is a true sales and negotiation role. You’ll be the first point of contact with motivated property sellers and a key driver of company revenue. • Speaking with inbound and outbound seller leads over the phone (leads provided) • Building trust and uncovering seller motivation • Evaluating properties and making offers • Negotiating purchase agreements • Getting properties under contract • Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets • Sales backgrounds that translate well include, gym membership sales, time share sales, high ticket sales, car sales etc.
