Responsibilities
• Networking for referrals • Managing assets • Building financial plans • Hunting for clients • Instead, you’ll spend your time having sophisticated consultative conversations with affluent retirees and pre-retirees who have already expressed interest in advanced retirement tax planning strategies. • This is a high-ticket inbound consultative sales role designed for CFP® professionals who genuinely enjoy client conversations, relationship-building, education, and helping prospects make informed financial decisions. • Conduct inbound Zoom consultations with qualified prospects. • Use the client’s diagnostic framework to assess retirement planning concerns and tax exposure risks. • Educate prospects on retirement tax mitigation and Roth conversion planning concepts. • Create meaningful “epiphany moments” that help prospects understand the long-term impact of tax planning decisions. • Build trust and credibility through clear, consultative communication. • Guide prospects through the decision-making process without relying on pressure-based sales tactics. • Manage follow-up conversations and pipeline activity with discipline and consistency. • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and forecasting. • Participate in coaching sessions, team reviews, and ongoing training initiatives. • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and close-rate targets. • Contribute positively to a high-performance, coachable team culture. • PROFESSIONALS WHO TEND TO THRIVE HERE: • CFP® professionals who enjoy client conversations more than building plans • Advisors tired of prospecting and business development • Consultants who naturally create trust and clarity • Professionals with strong executive presence on Zoom • Financial professionals who enjoy educating more than “selling” • Relationship-driven communicators with strong emotional intelligence • Advisors who want to maximize income without managing assets • Highly coachable professionals who thrive within proven systems
