Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead and own the entire post-sales Technical Consultant organization for driving onboarding, activation, and customer partnership success. • Oversee a team of experts with deep knowledge in Ramp’s products, industry standards, accounting practices, and ERP systems to develop strategies that build trust and confidence with customers. • Guide the Technical Consultant team through complex integration workflows and key technical activation milestones. • Define and scale end-to-end Technical Consulting motion including implementation, expansion, and renewal strategies for full Ramp platform adoption by key customers. • Act as a go-to-market leader in the role of executive owner of Ramp’s technical post-sales motion to serve as both a financial and technical thought leader within customer organizations and internal teams. • Influence product development based on feedback from Technical Consultants for enhancing Ramp's value proposition, while also owning technical success throughout the broader customer lifecycle. • Mentor and develop team members to operate at scale in their roles as part of the post-sales consulting organization.
