Requirements
• Proven experience in using technology and data to identify, investigate, and prevent financial crime, with a heavy focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML). • Strong AML Subject Matter Expertise (SME) background – with a history of advising and influencing stakeholders at a senior/executive level. • At least 15 years of direct financial crime experience and an ability to demonstrate deep expertise working in at least one key sector (Banking or Public Sector). • A solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to market and technology challenges – using flexible and creative thinking to help resolve problems and put clients first. • A solution and/or consultancy-oriented approach to selling, helping clients understand AML value, vision, and ROI. • Experience in Data, Analytics (and specifically the use of Graph/Network Technology for entity resolution and link analysis) is highly beneficial. • Comfortable working autonomously to reach strategic objectives. • Confident presenting and acting as an industry authority/thought leader. • Happy to travel within Asia-Pacific to meet with our regional clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
• Strategic and Product-oriented: • Translate regional AML market requirements and regulatory needs into global product roadmap features. • Ensure Quantexa’s AML, KYC and wider financial crime propositions are meaningful, highly articulated, and aligned for the Asia-Pacific market. • Maintain currency of knowledge of the product, including the R&D roadmap and new feature developments in AML and graph analytics. • Sales and Marketing: • Support the commercial organization in meeting the overall ARR targets for AML, KYC and Financial Crime. • Train and support our commercial teams with enablement and account-relevant strategies for AML, KYC, etc. • Support pitches and drive opportunities across the region. • Support business case creation, ensuring our AML and KYC propositions "move the needle" and deliver quantifiable ROI for our customers. • Participate in and support proof-of-concept (proving) activities with clients. • Capture case studies and success stories of successful AML and KYC implementations. • Evangelize AML and KYC product benefits to the industry (events, roundtables, thought leadership, market positioning). • Build and present both standard and bespoke solution demonstrations tailored with AML and KYC-specific messaging. • Delivery, Customer Success and Retention: • Review proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and project changes as required. • Provide direction to delivery teams on regional AML and KYC priorities and guidance towards highest-value objectives. • Engage with our Technology Account Partners (TAP) organization to connect with existing customers across ANZ, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan to highlight value delivered, ensure customer satisfaction, capture feedback, and position us for successful renewals. • Provide guidance and deep AML industry insights to senior client stakeholders to ensure long-term success and continuous value from the platform. • Other Functions: • Work with Analytics Assurance to ensure AML models are meeting customer needs and delivering the business benefit modeled. • Work with our alliances and partners to support them with enablement, IP creation, ideation, pitches, creation of materials, and articulation of value. • [data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAEAAAABCAYAAAAfFcSJAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAARnQU1BAACxjwv8YQUAAAAJcEhZcwAADsMAAA7DAcdvqGQAAAANSURBVBhXY2BgYGAAAAAFAAGKM+MAAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC]
