Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery for a new product initiative: shape milestones, scope, and execution while balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability. • Build and ship full-stack features hands-on, partnering closely with Product and Design to turn user problems into simple, reliable solutions. • Own technical decision-making: architecture, code quality, testing strategy, performance, security, and observability. • Drive strong engineering practices: code reviews, CI/CD, release hygiene, and “production-first” standards. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to integrate shared platform capabilities and unblock dependencies. • Mentor and raise the bar for the team: coaching, feedback, hiring support, and creating a high-ownership culture. • Establish product-minded routines with the PM: discovery support, KPI thinking, iterative experimentation, and continuous improvement.
