• TEAM DEVELOPMENT • Mentor and support Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers, helping elevate performance through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing. • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and serve as a trusted resource for the broader talent management team. • Partner with the VP of Talent Management to implement team initiatives, best practices, and operational improvements. • CREATOR REPRESENTATION • Manage a strategic roster of high-profile digital creators and influencers. • Negotiate complex brand partnerships, long-term collaborations, licensing opportunities, and other revenue-generating initiatives. • Develop long-term growth strategies that maximize creator revenue and career opportunities. • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Build and strengthen relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and industry partners. • Identify opportunities to grow your roster and expand Pearpop's creator network. • Partner with creators to develop new IP and business ventures from concept to execution. • OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM management, pipeline reporting, contract execution, payment tracking, and campaign oversight. • Help improve internal workflows and operational processes that increase efficiency across the talent management team. • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION • Partner closely with Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to deliver exceptional creator experiences. • Share market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Pearpop Talent’s business. • INDUSTRY EXPERTISE • Stay ahead of trends across the creator economy, social platforms, emerging technologies, and brand marketing to ensure Pearpop remains at the forefront of creator representation. • Act as a key representative of Pearpop Talent through thought leadership, cultural moments, and industry events.
