Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience managing sales teams with a proven track record in direct sales. • Experience transforming teams through strong strategy and management practices. • Demonstrated ability to build a high-performance culture and a unified team vision. • Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel and Salesforce. • Familiarity with Dubai’s demographic and geographic landscape. • Excellent reporting skills: ability to analyze data, create action plans, and communicate insights. • Prior experience in food delivery or tech is a plus. • Arabic/English bilingual proficiency is mandatory. • Where you'll be • Where you'll be • Based in Dubai with occasional travel across the UAE as needed. • What we’ll provide you • We offer colleagues the opportunity to drive impact in the region while they learn and grow. Responsibilities
• Leadership and Team Management: • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 8 sales professionals to achieve sales targets. • Provide coaching, training, and support for the team’s professional growth. • Support the team in closing deals and lead key negotiations where necessary. • Drive pipeline management and improve efficiency. • Sales Strategy and Planning: • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute winning sales strategies for Dubai. • Identify and prioritize must-have brands and high-demand restaurant categories to close the competitive inventory gap. • Use creative, data-driven approaches to craft pitches and materials to close deals. • Implement and refine processes to enhance team performance. • Work cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and sustained partner growth. • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to identify supply gaps versus key competitors. • Build and maintain a target list of priority brands and work relentlessly to bring them onto Careem Food. • Partner with internal teams (marketing, ops, account management) to ensure newly signed brands are set up for success and retained.
