Mercury - Senior Engineering Manager - GTM

• Set the technical strategy for Mercury's GTM engine. Decide which capabilities to build and how they connect with existing marketing, sales and data systems. • Build orchestration that turns product launches and ongoing GTM strategies into coordinated workflows, connecting audiences and signals to actions across channels. • Improve the technology behind inbound and outbound sales motions, including how prospects are identified, enriched, qualified and routed, and how sales teams act on those signals. • Make it easier to understand and improve GTM results. Build dependable workflows and measurement into the systems the team delivers, so we can identify failures, test new approaches and see what contributes to acquisition and expansion. • Use AI to improve GTM workflows and how the team builds software. Guide capabilities from prototype to dependable use, with evaluation, testing and appropriate human review, and measure whether they improve outcomes.
