Binance - Procurement Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions. • Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in indirect procurement; additional exposure to Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services is a plus. • Drive procurement efficiency by understanding contract terms, maintaining a strong focus on process and cost, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and timely issue resolution. • In-depth knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and Vendor Assessment procedures. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Highly user-focused with a strong sense of ownership to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions. • Results-oriented with a strong delivery mindset; able to work independently and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment. • Market-sensitive with strong negotiation skills, capable of identifying opportunities and securing favorable outcomes. • Candidates with backgrounds in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting firms are highly encouraged to apply.
