Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master’s OR PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) • Experience building sophisticated RAG pipelines with LLMs • OR Experience with common machine learning, deep learning frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow • OR Experience developing and deploying complex AI/ML models to production • Currently pursuing a Master’s OR PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) AND 1+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) • 1+ year(s) experience productionizing complex AI/ML models • 1+ year(s) experience creating publications (e.g., patents, peer-reviewed academic papers). • 1+ year(s) experience conducting research as part of a research program (in academic or industry settings)
Responsibilities
• Develop machine learning models to improve Wealth.com's AI services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects related to artificial intelligence and machine learning within the Technology department at Wealth.com. • Analyze data sets provided by senior researchers or project leads for insights relevant to current technological trends in finance. • Participate in code reviews, contribute to open source AI/ML repositories if applicable, and maintain a portfolio of personal projects related to the field. • Stay updated with industry news and advancements by attending webinars, conferences, or workshops relevant to financial technology (fintech) and artificial intelligence in finance. • Assist senior researchers or project leads as needed during their absence from the office due to remote working conditions. • Communicate effectively with team members via email, chat applications, video conferencing tools like Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc., ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of work outputs. • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions within the company culture at Wealth.com while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
