Testlio - Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote in Estonia)
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, demonstrating expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, and payment cycles. • Practical familiarity with modern ERPs, accounting platforms, and expense management tools. • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and financial tracking. • Solid understanding of core AP accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and internal financial controls. • Proven ability to pinpoint opportunities to introduce automation and enhance operational workflows. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate seamlessly across teams and with external vendors in English. • Proactive mindset with critical thinking capabilities to challenge routine processes and execute agreed-upon plans independently. • High adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities. • Dedicated growth mindset to continually sharpen financial expertise, stay current with industry trends, and actively seek feedback. • Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing insights and supporting colleagues. • What is the application process? • We do our best to bring on individuals who will be excited about their role and have the potential for a great future with Testlio. Several of our largest clients have been with us for 7+ years, and many spend $500K+/year with Testlio. • Winning Business • What would your day look like? • Manage end-to-end invoice and expense processing, including coding and approval workflows, in alignment with company policies. • Oversee routine disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely weekly and monthly payment cycles. • Handle corporate credit card reconciliations, track spending, and uphold financial compliance standards. • Foster strong supplier relationships by managing records, resolving account discrepancies, and addressing vendor queries promptly. • Assist with period-end close activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, AP aging reviews. • Collaborate cross-functionally across Testlio to streamline and optimize the broader procure-to-pay lifecycle. • Uphold rigorous internal financial controls and maintain audit readiness. • What do you need to succeed?
