lemfi - Accounts Payable Associate
Requirements
• 1-3 years in an Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or transactional finance role • Hands-on experience with an AP or ERP system; NetSuite and/or Tipalti strongly preferred • Comfortable processing across multiple currencies and entities; exposure to a multi-jurisdiction or group structure is a real advantage • Working knowledge of VAT and sales tax concepts - reverse charge, non-deductible VAT, or equivalent • Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup, and reconciliation work • Detail-oriented and control-conscious, with the ability to prioritise a high volume of transactions and meet payment deadlines without dropping the ball • Clear written communicator who can liaise confidently with vendors and internal stakeholders • Experience in a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services environment • Exposure to automation tools (e.g. n8n) or light scripting for finance workflows • Experience supporting external audit requests (KPMG, Crowe, BKL, or similar)
