Requirements
• AI Technical Proficiency:Deep understanding of Generative AI/ML models, Agentic AI, API usage, and data management. • AI Technical Proficiency: • Relationship Management:Ability to build trust with key stakeholders and executives. • Relationship Management: • Strategic Thinking:Capability to align complex AI technology with business strategy and outcomes. • Strategic Thinking: • Change Leadership:Expertise in guiding organizations through digital transformation. • Change Leadership: • Data Analysis:Proficiency in interpreting usage data to make informed decisions. • Data Analysis: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. • Minimum 6 years (4 years with Masters degree) of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment. • At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers • Strong proficiency in Python. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. • Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini etc. Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services • Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering • The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment. • Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment. • $200,000—$230,000 USD • All employees are responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance. Responsibilities
• Adoption and Value Realization:Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions. • Adoption and Value Realization: • Strategic Advisory:Act as a strategic partner to department leaders within the company and external clients as needed, mapping AI capabilities to business goals, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion. • Strategic Advisory: • Implementation Management:Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment. • Implementation Management: • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies. • Performance Monitoring: • Change Management:Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment. • Change Management: • Technical Support and Advocacy:Act as a liaison between the clients/departments and the AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements. • Technical Support and Advocacy: • Risk Management:Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment. • Risk Management: • Manage and lead team of small team Machine Learning Engineers • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
