Requirements

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry dynamics and competitive landscape for blockchain products (e.g., on-chain transactions, DeFi), support the execution of operational strategies and feature implementation.
  • Analyze user behavior and on-chain data to identify market opportunities, driving product iteration and innovation.
  • Organize and coordinate multi-channel content and community operations activities, continuously optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor progress at each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure the team meets project goals on schedule; collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and external partners to ensure effective execution of operational objectives.
  • Track key product and growth metrics (such as on-chain transaction volume, DAU, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.) and regularly deliver data analysis reports to support decision-making.
  • Rich experience in Web3, preferably with a background in finance or internet industries.
  • Deep understanding of on-chain transaction logic and user behavior patterns.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication, proactive attitude, and quick learning ability.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and highly execution-oriented.
