Vultr - Identity and Access Management Engineer

• Own and expand Okta integrations across the organization, leveraging the Okta Integration Network to connect business-critical applications • Collaborate with teams across the organization to create and implement RBAC standardizations throughout the organization • Ensure, monitor, and report on user access reviews while supporting audit and the GRC team during access review windows • Design and implement automation strategies using Okta Workflows, BetterCloud, and scripting to reduce manual provisioning and access management overhead • Develop and maintain device and conditional access policies, ensuring secure implementation across production environments • Produce clear, maintainable documentation to support team knowledge and operational continuity
