Intelligent Technical Solutions - Project Engineer (Remote)

• Proven project execution expertise with a track record of successful implementations. • Strong technical proficiency in infrastructure components and systems. • Strong technical proficiency in configuring and deploying various infrastructure changes, including firewalls, servers, networking, and wireless. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization. • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities for effective stakeholder engagement. • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction. • Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach to project execution. • Experience working with remote teams is required. • Hands-on or remote deployment and troubleshooting experience for different technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud technologies, networks, etc. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, and at times high-pressure consulting environment. • Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise is a plus but not required for this position. • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple Clients is a plus but not required for this position. • Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools (RMM) such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is a plus but not required for this position. • Candidates must have demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: • Windows Server Environment Setup • Active Directory and Active Directory Services • Hypervisor Setup and Configuration with Hyper-V • Cloud Platform Deployments • Standard O365 Apps such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams • Cloud Identify Management such as Azure AD and EntraID • MDM platforms including Intune and MaaS360 • Email Migration and Support • Experience migration from on-premises Exchange to O365 • Migration tools and scripts such as those from BitTitan • Data Storage Device Setup and Deployment • NAS solutions from QNAP and Synology and Dell • Preferred Areas of Expertise • Ideal candidates also have demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: • Nutanix Acropolis • Microsoft Purview • QuickBooks Online • Citrix ShareFile • macOS / iOS (device deployment, configuration, and support) • Network Switches from Cisco and Dell Enterprise • Firewalls from SonicWall and Fortinet • Wireless Access Points (WAPs) from Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti • A home office set up that meets the following: • Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: • Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or • AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or • macOS 12 or newer. • Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speeds. • Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings. • Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app. • Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls. • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop) • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written • Able to work full time for 40 hrs. a week:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday) • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. • Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer. • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
