Caylent - Enterprise Project Manager
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise project management, with at least 5 years in the IT/cloud consulting industry. Experience working with enterprise-level clients is a requirement. • Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 10 or more people, with multiple project workstreams and over $5M+ budget. • Extensive experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with ability to develop complex, multi-year client roadmaps. • Experience leading client Agile transformations with the ability to tailor project management approach to client capability and needs. • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of a client organization across business and technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, risks and teams. • Strong financial acumen with forecasting, planning and reporting. • Project Management certifications such as PMP or CAPM. • Agile Certification including CSM, PSM, or CSP. • Cloud platform certifications such as AWS Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals. • Artificial Intelligence platform certifications such as Claude Certified Associate (Foundations) or equivalent. • Hands-on experience managing cloud services projects, specifically on AWS.
