Requirements
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires have the tools, resources, and information needed for success • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding programs and materials • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to People programs and processes • Experience working in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition in SaaS and/or at a high-growth startup • Strong detail orientation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams • Experience in managing sensitive information, underscored by a clear understanding of and adherence to confidentiality and data protection principles • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently • Familiarity with our tech stack: HiBob, Greenhouse, Confluence, Slack, MS Office. • Experience working and supporting a workforce in a remote-first environment • Bilingual with the ability to work in both French and English • Not sure you meet every requirement? • We care most about mindset: your drive, curiosity and commitment to delivering great work. Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition • Support end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles, including conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening, interview coordination and offer preparation • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the development of role profiles and interview plans • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination • People Operations & Systems • Support the administration of key People processes including performance reviews, employee lifecycle changes, documentation, and policy updates • Assist with HCM updates, reporting, and process documentation • Help administer employee programs including performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and internal communications
