Requirements
• Currently pursuing an MBA and graduating in December 2026 or later • 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm • Proven track record of delivering strategy engagements in the Middle East • Deep experience in digital transformation, with a strong preference for data & AI expertise • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Gifted communicator and relationship builder — confident presenting to and engaging C-level executives • Willingness to travel within the Middle East and operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Arabic language proficiency (spoken and/or written) • Technical undergraduate degree or hands-on technical experience • Previous experience in a client services environment (e.g., digital agency, consulting firm)
Responsibilities
• Our Middle East office is less than a year old, which means you won't just be filling a role, you'll be helping shape one. This is a rare opportunity to operate like a founder within the structure of a global company: building the playbook, testing what works, and directly influencing how TELUS Digital grows across the region. If you thrive in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and want your work to leave a lasting mark, this is the internship for you. • You will contribute across three core work streams: • 1. Internal Strategy Consulting • Lead an internal strategy engagement focused on one of TELUS Digital’s core business lines. This includes: • Building a comprehensive understanding of the business line: clients, revenue, and market positioning • Mapping the competitive landscape and identifying differentiation opportunities • Synthesizing findings into a go-to-market strategy and actionable recommendations for leadership • 2. Middle East Go-to-Market Strategy • Develop a forward-looking GTM strategy for TELUS Digital’s expansion in the Middle East. This includes: • Identifying which business lines and service offerings are best positioned for the Middle East market • Conducting competitive analysis to benchmark TELUS Digital against regional and global players • Assessing target sectors, client profiles, and entry strategies by geography (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar) • Delivering a prioritized GTM roadmap with clear rationale and supporting data • 3. Active Business Development • Work alongside senior BD team members on live pursuits and client engagements: • Contribute to RFP responses and proposal development for Middle East opportunities • Support sector-specific expansion efforts, including research, positioning, and outreach • Participate in business development conversations and client meetings • Help prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to executive-level stakeholders
