• Invoicing & Billing Operations • Generate and dispatch customer invoices, credit memos, and return authorizations within NetSuite. • Manage billing schedules and milestone billing. • Issuing tax invoices. • Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation • Post and apply daily customer receipts. • Reconcile undeposited funds, clearing accounts, and customer deposits. • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and short payments. • Conduct monthly reconciliations between the AR aging sub-ledger and the General Ledger (GL). • Collections & Dispute Resolution • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve invoice disputes, pricing discrepancies, and billing questions. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience. • Solid understanding of standard AR workflows, debit/credit mechanics, and revenue timing. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliations) • Fresh graduate are welcome. • To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. • This Notice will inform you how we will use your personal data, explain your privacy rights and the protection you have by the law when you apply to join us.
