Requirements

• Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently. • Clear written and spoken English. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership. • The ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams. • Previous experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination. • Experience with Salesforce and Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email. • Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process our invoices and payments. • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation. • Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates. • Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed.
