Responsibilities
• Global Continuity & US Coverage: Serve as the primary US-based SCM representative to ensure seamless, 24-hour operational continuity, specializing in Inbound Supply, VMI operations, and HEM supply management. • Global Continuity & US Coverage: • Inbound Supply, VMI operations, and HEM supply management. • End-to-End Supply Execution: Oversee inbound supply chain operations, including forecast releases, PR/PO processing, and logistics coordination, ensuring all shipments meet rigorous timeframes and revenue targets. • End-to-End Supply Execution: • Production & Material Optimization: Provide critical insights into production capacity and material visibility while driving BOM ordering elasticity and MRD reporting to optimize supply with JDM partners. • Production & Material Optimization: • Cross-Functional Bridge: cross-view the implementation of ECO changes and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve production gaps and alleviate supply constraints through proactive technical coordination. • Cross-Functional Bridge: • Executive Communication: fluent communication and professional presentation skills to influence executive-level stakeholders. • Executive Communication: • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
