Requirements
• Relevant university degree: Aeronautical Engineering, Space studies, Applied Physics or similar, or relative experience in a similar role. • Have attention to detail with an excellent ability to focus • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react fast • Strong English language skills (both written and spoken) • Flexibility in scheduled working hours (ability to work morning, evening, and night shifts, 365/24/7 basis) • Interest in Space Industry/Satellite Operations • Space background • We’re committed to fair, inclusive hiring and equal opportunity. Responsibilities
• Maintain continuous, high-quality monitoring and control of the satellite constellation during all shifts • Ensure safe operations, early detection of anomalies, and proper escalation or resolution • Enhance Satellite Operations by developing and refining procedures, tools, and workflow • Support fleet maintenance activities and satellite in orbit testing • Contribute to mission readiness through simulations and Launch and Early Orbit Operations • Deliver clear shift handovers, incident reporting, and documentation • Contribute to seamless 24/7 operations and strengthen team-wide situational awareness and best practices.
