Requirements

• 3+ years experience. • Real estate brokerage accounting experience preferred. • Experience resolving accounting exceptions. • Experience with Total Brokerage, Ramp, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. • Accuracy-first and audit-ready mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own brokerage accounting operations for assigned markets. • Audit brokerage deals and commission calculations for accuracy. • Review referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, and special commission arrangements. • Manage post-close adjustments, clawbacks, commission corrections, and payment exceptions. • Monitor automated Total Brokerage to Ramp payment workflows and investigate discrepancies. • Partner with Operations and market leadership to resolve transaction issues. • Support month-end close and audit readiness. • Document recurring exceptions and identify automation opportunities. • The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

• Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. • The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $70,000.00 - $80,000 USD. • Your Location • This position is remote eligible. The role may include occasional work at SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
