Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B SaaS environment. • Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development, using AI-powered tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery. • Proven track record of leading product discovery across multiple methods and translating insights into validated roadmaps. • Strong commercial awareness: ability to partner with Sales and align product decisions with revenue and retention goals. • Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, querying product analytics, and using quantitative evidence to drive decisions. • Excellent stakeholder communication: able to frame trade-offs and build alignment across technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience working in empowered product trios (or similar cross-functional squads) with engineering and design. • Experience in healthcare, public sector, or government-adjacent markets. • Hands-on experience contributing to go-to-market strategy (positioning, pricing, or launch planning). • Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments.
