Use predictive insights to proactively address potential challenges and optimize people strategies. • Enhance Efficiency with AI-Powered Tools: Streamline HR processes such as feedback analysis, performance tracking, and talent development through AI-driven automation, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and high-impact coaching. • Cross-Functional Platform Fluency: Navigate and administer across core HR and learning platforms including Small Improvements, BambooHR, Athena, and Seismic. Capable of configuring and creating content within these systems, not just operating them. • Trend Synthesis and Strategic Recommendation: Connect signals from disparate conversations, data sources, and org-wide listening to surface performance gaps, cultural patterns, and systemic blockers, then translate those into concrete, actionable recommendations. • ## This might not be the right role for you if • You don't thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent change. • You prefer highly structured, rule-based work over ambiguity • You get uncomfortable having difficult conversations or driving conflict resolution • You prefer to work within defined scope rather than proactively identifying gaps, building new tools, or taking ownership of problems before they're assigned to you • Your HR experience has been exclusively in large, corporate environments, our agency context requires a different kind of agility and resourcefulness • ## 90 Day Goals • Built trusted relationships across all divisions and established yourself as a go-to people partner • Identified at least two opportunities to strengthen team connection, belonging, or culture — with action plans proposed • Delivered one leadership training or workshop focused on feedback, communication, or team motivation • Made at least one data-driven recommendation to improve retention, engagement, or team performance • Taken clear ownership of one cross-functional or org-wide project, with command of its status, stakeholders, and next steps • Built working knowledge of core PX programs and platforms
Benefits
