Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience in onboarding, KYB, KYC, legal/compliance support or corporate administration, gained from financial institutions (e.g. banks, brokers, proprietary trading firms) or professional firms (e.g. CPAs, law firms, corporate service providers) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and follow-up in a structured and timely manner • Meticulous, detail-oriented, with a high standard of accuracy in documentation preparation • Proactive, reliable, and disciplined in meeting deadlines under time-sensitive conditions while maintaining work quality • Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders professionally • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and adapt to changing onboarding requirements across different markets and counterparties • Hands-on experience with large language model (LLM) platforms is a plus • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and presentation materials
Responsibilities
• New onboarding and periodic KYB: Support new onboarding and periodic KYB processes by tracking requirements, coordinating document collection, preparing submission packs, and following up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion • Counterparty Onboarding Coordination: Liaise with banks, brokers, exchanges, and other external counterparties on onboarding requirements, account opening documentation, KYB queries, account setup, and account maintenance matters • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information, monitor action items, and follow up with stakeholders until completion • To see how Presto excels in Quant trading?
