Responsibilities
• Creating architectural designs, infrastructure/connectivity analysis & design. • Leading onsite (or virtual) workshops. • Own and manage discovery & design sessions, writing documentation, bills of materials, creating project estimates, and statements of work. • Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with enterprise clients. • Develop and present tailored solution architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices. • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements. • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with detailed, solution-specific content. • Influence product development through feedback based on client interactions and market demand. • Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the pre-sales team. • Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless post-sale transitions. • Maintain deep expertise in company offerings, competitive positioning, and industry trends. • Other duties as assigned and directed. • ## Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7 - 9 years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or related technical consulting role. • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
