• 7+ years of backend/API development experience, including 4+ years with modern .NET (.NET 7/8/9, ASP.NET Core, experience with .NET 10 is a plus) • 3+ years of experiece with React • Strong C# fundamentals: async/await, LINQ, dependency injection, middleware, and SOLID/clean architecture • Proven experience building production REST APIs: versioning, authentication/authorization, error handling, pagination/filtering, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation • Experience with Azure native microservices architecture & Azure services (AI search, key vault, AKS, storage queue, Azure Functions, event hub, APIm) • Security protocols: OAuth 2.0 (OKTA) • Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs based on API management • Good knowledge of CI/CD based on DevOps services, Terraform • Hands-on experience in Unit Testing using XUnit / Nunit • Minimal API standard knowledge • Following DDD (Data Driven Design) • Understanding the canonical APIs approach • Experience with databases (CosmosDB, MS SQL,, etc.) • Understanding APMs • Experience in regulated or high-scale environments with reliability/SLA ownership • Prior technical leadership (driving standards, architecture decisions, onboarding junior developers) • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
