• Lead strategic development of RFP responses using data-driven insights to build compelling solutions • Present creator strategies in pitch meetings with clients and agencies; present both in-person and virtually (work travel required) • Own a select number of strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying growth opportunities • Partner with Sales, Paid Media, Measurement, and Client Experience throughout sales, campaign execution, and performance reporting • Stay ahead of emerging market trends and platform evolutions; translate these into sharper proposal work • Build scalable materials (narratives, pitch deck templates, playbooks) as directed by the Director of Strategy • Offer informal peer feedback on proposal approach and creative direction • Manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders • To Be Successful, You'll Need • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong storytelling and presentation skills • Design and deck-building proficiency • Ability to leverage AI tools to inform and accelerate creative process • Robust understanding of media planning and buying • Data-driven decision-making approach • Strong creative acumen and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes proposals independently
