2A - Partner program communications manager - Global B2B tech company

• Coordinate content intake across internal stakeholders and manage the editorial calendar • Develop executive-level communications tailored for strategic partner audiences • Measure the effectiveness of partner communications through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance reporting • Analyze communication results and recommend improvements that increase engagement and effectiveness • Design and manage a scalable framework for collecting feedback from partners and regional teams • Organize and synthesize feedback into recurring insights and actionable recommendations • Support additional partner communications, enablement, reporting, dashboards, and engagement initiatives as the program evolves • Skills and qualifications – need to have • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours • At least 4 years of experience supporting B2B communications, partner programs, customer marketing, internal communications, or related business functions • Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences • Experience creating polished communications for executive stakeholders • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines • Experience analyzing communication performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations • Experience using surveys, feedback tools, voice-of-customer programs, or similar methods to collect and organize insights • Skills and qualifications – nice to have • Experience working within a global technology company or supporting global cross-functional teams • Experience supporting global partner, channel, or reseller programs • Experience developing dashboards or reporting that communicates program performance • $8,000 - $8,500 a month • Compensation: $8,000-8,500 per month during the initial phase of the engagement.
