Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience managing technology trade shows and events in a B2B or SaaS environment. • Strong project management skills - juggling multiple events, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously. • Hands-on, execution-first mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable leading onsite teams and external vendors. • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours during events. • Self-motivated with high standards of professionalism and accountability. • Experience with marketing/event platforms (e.g., Salesforce,Marketo, Asana, or similar tools) is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end execution of AlphaSense’s EMEA tradeshows, from pre-event planning through post-event reporting. • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to align event strategy with business goals and pipeline targets. • Manage all logistics, including booth design, vendor coordination, shipping, registration, collateral, onsite staffing, and lead capture. • Act as the on-site lead during events - driving setup, maintaining team energy, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. • Develop project plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. • Measure and report on event ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Research new event opportunities and help optimize our event presence for impact. • Manage relationships with event organizers and help negotiate contracts and sponsorships. • Oversee the preparation of event toolkits, team briefs, and pre-show enablement materials for internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with Marketing peers in London to ensure a cohesive regional strategy.
