Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. • 2-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics. • Strong negotiation and long-term partnership-building skills. • Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends. • Strong execution, communication, and cross-functional skills. • Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills. • Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency.

Responsibilities

• 1. Creator Sourcing & Outreach • Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities — driving awareness, conversions, and brand trust. • Conduct outreach using email, DMs, platforms, etc. • Maintain an organized creator database with tiers, rates, and past performance. • 2. Campaign Execution • Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations: briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. • Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance. • Manage logistics with the operations team. • 3. Relationship Management • Act as the day-to-day partner to creators and agencies. • Provide guidance on messaging, talking points, and best practices. • Foster long-term relationships with high-performing creators. • 4. Performance & Reporting • Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue. • Optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals. • Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to the Influencer Manager. • 5. Cross-Functional Coordination • Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs. • Partner with Paid Media for potential whitelisting or Ads. • Collaborate with Marketing for creator testimonials and case studies.
