Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English • College student (2nd or 3rd year) in business, sports management, or a related field • Highly rigorous and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills • Passionate about football and sports, with a good understanding of the game • Tech-savvy and proactive, comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and teamwork
Responsibilities
• Card Creation Process : Working in close collaboration with the BD, Design, Tech & Product team, you’ll be assisting in managing the card creation process for the 2025/2026 season - including: • Updating data sheets with player information for each partner • Monitoring the transfer window and updating player data sheets daily • Importing player data into our system for card creation • Renaming player pictures upon receipt of retouched images • Creating card samples • Ensuring card design guidelines are properly followed • Identifying and addressing player alignment issues • Exporting card samples • Sharing regular updates with the teams • Asset Management : • Jersey Management : participate in the jersey deliveries / inventory, stock tracking and internal usage. • Ticketing and hospitality: Collaborate with the partnership team with the partner ticket allocations, ensuring internal teams have clear visibility on ticket availability and distributing tickets as requested. • Marketing support: Support the partnerships and product marketing team on marketing projects involving partner materials. • Additional projects: Occasionally contribute to projects such as royalty reports, administrative tasks, and other related duties.
