Requirements

• 3–7 years of marketing experience, ideally with a growth or performance focus • Hands-on, proven experience growing audiences and driving conversion across multiple social platforms • Versatility: comfortable jumping between platforms and adapting strategy to each one's mechanics • Strong grasp of organic and paid social, plus the interplay between them • Data fluency—you can read analytics, run A/B tests, and make decisions from numbers • Excellent content instincts and an eye for what makes people stop scrolling • Fluent in English (our team and creators are global) • A self-starter mindset: you find opportunities and act without waiting for a playbook • Experience marketing to creators, video professionals, or media teams • Familiarity with the SaaS or creator-tools landscape • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation, ideation, or campaign workflows • Experience scaling a product in its early stages • Comfort with marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools • Versatility: You're not boxed into one channel or tactic—you adapt to where the growth is • Experimentation: You treat marketing like a series of tests, learning fast and iterating faster • Ownership: You take campaigns end-to-end, from idea through results • Data-driven instinct: You back your creative bets with numbers and know when to kill what isn't working • Native platform fluency: You understand what makes each social platform tick and speak its language • AI-accelerated marketing: You actively use AI tools to move faster on content, research, and campaigns—without outsourcing your judgment • Curiosity about AI: You're excited about the intersection of marketing and AI-native products

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategy end-to-end, from experiment design through measurable results • Build and run campaigns across social platforms—YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and whatever comes next • Identify the highest-leverage channels for reaching creators and media teams, then go deep • Create and adapt content that fits the native voice of each platform • Set up tracking, analyze performance, and let data guide where you invest next • Partner with product and content teams to turn our story into demand • Spot emerging platforms and trends early, and move fast to capitalize on them
