Requirements
• 3–5 years in a content marketing, product marketing, or brand content role — with a portfolio that shows genuine creative range • Demonstrable experience creating product-focused content that goes beyond the obvious — formats, angles, and executions that stand out • Experience briefing and managing external creative and video production resources • Background in B2B SaaS preferred, but creative instinct and execution quality matter more than sector experience • Outstanding writer and storyteller — able to take complex product information and make it feel simple, relevant, and compelling • Strong creative judgment — you know what good looks like, you can brief it clearly, and you can push back when the output isn’t there yet • Highly organised and self-directed — you’ll be managing multiple product moments simultaneously and need to stay on top of timelines without being chased • Comfortable working directly with product teams — asking the right questions, extracting the right information, and translating it into content without needing it handed to you on a plate • How you operate • How you operate • You get how to attach product content to revenue • You’re a maker — your output is content, not decks • You move fast and ship things — done and excellent beats perfect and late • You have genuine curiosity about the product and the industry — you want to understand what you’re creating content about, not just ship without domain knowledge • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and change — product roadmaps shift, priorities move, and you adapt without losing momentum • You embrace AI as part of how you work — using it to move faster, not as a replacement for creative thinking • What success looks like in year one • A consistent, high-quality cadence of product content across all key channels and surfaces • Product releases land with creative, social-first content that drives genuine engagement — not just impressions • A library of video and short-form content that gives the sales, customer success, and partner teams compelling product proof points to use • An early-stage UGC programme with real customer voices contributing to the content mix • You are the go-to person for anything product content related — trusted by the product marketing director , the product teams, and the wider marketing function • Duetto is the Revenue and Profit Operating System for the global hospitality industry — a PE-backed SaaS business with customers across hotels, casinos, and hospitality groups worldwide.
