Requirements

Responsibilities
• Customer discovery and market validation through launch and scale. • Conduct deep market and user research to uncover unmet needs in physical operations and translate them into differentiated product opportunities. • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap that balances customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact. • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build full-stack solutions, leveraging your technical understanding to make tradeoffs and accelerate delivery. • Partner with go-to-market teams (sales, customer success, marketing) to win strategic deals, scale adoption, and inform future product direction. • Establish success metrics, track performance, and iterate quickly to ensure products deliver measurable impact for customers and revenue growth for Samsara. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).
