Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, for a ranking or API product • Strong understanding of machine learning and ranking concepts • Strong understanding of API design, development, and lifecycle. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Clear passion for Reddit and it’s mission • Proven experience in managing and delivering API and Ranking products • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for ranking Devvit apps. • Lead the strategy, development, and monetization of Reddit's Data API. • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. • Identify new investment opportunities and drive thoughtful recommendations to maximize value for Reddit. • Be an internal expert in your area, synthesizing various inputs to provide clear product direction in ambiguous situations. • Drive challenging discussions and negotiate to resolve controversial issues between teams. • Build and run processes for your team to execute effectively.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. • The base salary range for this position is: • $217,000 - $303,900 USD • In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
