Tripadvisor - Junior Accountant Intern
Requirements
• Organized and detail-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. • The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Near Graduate/Graduate in Accounting or Finance. • Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel. • Fluent English speaker. Other languages such as French or German are a plus.
Responsibilities
• Bookatable Limited (TheFork) is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant Intern to join our team in London. Reporting to the Senior Accountant in UK, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating various accounting functions. • Accounts Payable: • Process supplier invoices in Workday (accounting system) • Review purchase orders and match them with invoices. • Manage vendor payments and the creation of new supplier accounts. • Assist in bank and credit card reconciliations. • Review employee travel expense reports. • General Accounting: • Assist with General accounting entries such as prepayments or accruals. • Assist with monthly reconciliations. • Assist with the generation of revenue entries from Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
