Responsibilities
• Managing Galaxy s CFTC compliance programs covering swap activities and related CPO/CTA functions. • Providing advisory coverage to swap dealer and CPO/CTA including sales and trading. • Evaluating new products and initiatives for compliance risks. • Creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and delivering training. • Performing e-communication surveillance and compliance testing. • Managing regulator relationships (e.g., NFA) for examinations and inquiries. • Supporting governance activities and preparing annual reports and filings. • Developing supervisory procedures for conflicts of interest. • Liaising with Legal, Finance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams. • Championing AI adoption to enhance team performance. • Minimum 5 years of legal or compliance • , preferably with a U.S. sell-side firm. • Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives and swap dealer regulations. • implementing swap dealer compliance programs. • JD or MBA degree. • Competitive base • and discretionary bonus. • Hybrid/flexible working arrangements. • Flexible paid time off. • 3% 401(k) company contribution and comprehensive health • Generous parental leave and family planning • Opportunities to learn

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise.
